Our full scalp micropigmentation treatment is $2,500 USD for all sections with unlimited treatment sessions needed to complete your treatment.

How many SMP sessions should I expect?
Treatment can require multiple sessions because every client’s skin, healing, treatment area and desired density are different.
Your scalp is evaluated as it heals so we can build density, refine the hairline and address areas that require additional work.
Unlimited sessions are included with your full treatment.
How long does an SMP session take?
Most sessions take approximately two to four hours. The amount of time depends on the size of the area being treated and what needs to be accomplished during that appointment.
Is SMP permanent?
Scalp micropigmentation is designed to be long lasting, although the appearance can gradually lighten over time.
Skin type, sun exposure, lifestyle and aftercare can influence how the treatment ages. Touch-ups can be performed when additional definition or density is desired.
Does SMP hurt?
Comfort varies from person to person and some areas of the scalp can be more sensitive than others. Your comfort can be discussed with your artist throughout the treatment.
Can SMP be used with longer hair?
Yes. SMP can be used to create the appearance of additional density when existing hair is still present.
With more advanced hair loss, a shorter hairstyle may create a more natural blend between your existing hair and treated scalp.
If I have hair left, can I leave it long?
It depends on your existing density and pattern of hair loss. Mild thinning may work well with longer hair, while more advanced hair loss can often blend better with a shorter hairstyle.
How is my hairline designed?
Your hairline is designed with you before treatment begins.
We consider your facial structure, existing hair, pattern of hair loss and the style you want to achieve. You review the design before treatment begins.
Will SMP look detectable?
The goal is a natural and subtle visual blend. Impression size, spacing, pigment tone, density and hairline design are customized around each individual client.
Will SMP work with gray hair?
SMP can be customized for clients with gray hair. Pigment tone, spacing and density are selected based on your existing hair and overall appearance.
Does SMP work with different skin tones?
SMP can be customized around different skin tones, hair colors and hair loss patterns. Pigment tone, spacing and density are selected individually for each client.
Can SMP camouflage FUE or FUT scars?
SMP can be used to reduce the visual contrast of certain hair transplant scars by blending their appearance with the surrounding scalp and hair.
Scar tissue can respond differently from untreated skin, so the area should be evaluated before treatment.
What equipment is used for SMP?

Healing & Aftercare
Healing can vary between clients. Follow the specific aftercare instructions provided by your artist after each treatment.
Can I wear a hat after SMP?
Your artist will give you instructions about hats and scalp contact following treatment. Anything touching the scalp during healing should be kept clean.
When can I wash my scalp?
Your artist will tell you when to begin washing the scalp based on your treatment and healing. Avoid washing or soaking the scalp earlier than instructed.
When can I shave my scalp?
Follow the shaving timeline provided by your artist. The scalp should be allowed to complete the initial healing period before unnecessary irritation is introduced.
When can I exercise after SMP?
Heavy sweating should be avoided during the initial healing period. Follow the return-to-exercise timeline provided by your artist after your session.
How long do SMP results last?
SMP is designed to be long lasting, but gradual lightening can occur over time.
Sun exposure, skin characteristics, lifestyle and aftercare can influence how the treatment ages.
Will I need time off work?
Many clients return to normal daily activities quickly, although temporary redness or sensitivity can be visible after treatment.

Can I use hair loss medications during SMP?

When can I swim or use a sauna?
Avoid soaking the scalp and exposing it to swimming pools, hot tubs, steam rooms or saunas during the initial healing period. Follow the timeline provided by your artist.
